Aaron Udler joined the OfficePro team in 2013 as the President and CEO. After earning his BA from Indiana University in Communications, Aaron spent 14 years in the tradeshow, conference, and exhibition industries. Eight of those years were in the professional Audio/Video industry working at InfoComm. While at InfoComm, He became an expert in the Video Conferencing and Digital Signage Industries, working with the manufacturers of a vendor neutral trade association. During that time, Aaron also earned his MBA from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke in 2013 with a focus on international business. In his free time, he enjoys playing ice hockey and spending time with his family.
Beth Chernoff began at OfficePro in April of last year as project manager. She has since been promoted to director of operations as a result of her skill, dedication, and the utilization of her B.A. from University of Maryland. She currently manages OfficePro's training schedule, handles a quarter of house accounts, and continues to be a major contributor to sales and proposal management. Out of the office, Beth enjoys her time with her Chihuahua-Pomeranian mixed dog, Bean, and remains to be the office favorite.
Lyndi Scott began her work with OfficePro when she moved to Maryland in August 2015 after completing her B.A. at SUNY Potsdam. Lyndi excels in her newly-minted role as Program Manager and essentially helps everybody out. She also functions as the main Pearson and Kryterion proctor, the in-house content developer, social media manager, and Beth's over-achieving assistant. In whatever spare time she has, Lyndi ignores her Masters degree homework in Poetry at American University to play video games.
A former Programmer Analyst, Del has toiled at OfficePro, Inc. since 2006. He provides the bulk of data entry for OfficePro’s scheduling database as well as performing most data retrieval and its distribution to clients, instructors, vendors, and fellow staff. Del excels at adroitly wresting minutely targeted information from OfficePro’s voluminous database. He performs technical tasks and troubleshoots involving hardware and software. He processes received invoices and performs myriad tasks to keep OfficePro operational and cohesive. A fun fact about Del is that he is an avid Nationals fan.
Patrick earned his MBA from The George Herbert Walker School of Business and Technology at Webster University and since then, has spent over twenty years in key positions in a variety of industries, including healthcare, government contracts, medical technology, and financial services. Five of those years were in the professional Audio/Video industry working at InfoComm International as the Director of Education, Certification and Membership Development. Now he serves as Chief Operating Officer of OfficePro, Inc. where through his understanding of both domestic and international distribution channels, he easily navigates the complexities of client-vendor relationships, works to increase fluidity in internal infrastructure, and assists in OfficePro's natural expansion of training services, nationally and globally. Most of his spare time is spent on his farm with his horses or fox hunting.
Rania started her career in accounting with Attronica Computing after graduating from Carlton University located in Ottawa, Canada in 2000. After six years with Attronica, Rania decided to take on the bigger challenge of raising her family and volunteering in charity work and non-profit organizations. In 2012, Rania returned to pursuing her career and recently joined OfficePro as the Accounting Manager. She works to help implement her financial knowledge and assist in steering the company’s direction. Rania enjoys spending time with her family, answering the question "why" for the millionth time and cleaning up after failed science experiments!
Bonnie relocated to Maryland from Chicago, IL 15 years ago. Before joining OfficePro, she steered the strategic initiatives at a local workplace solution retailer, and worked in purchasing, corporate real estate, property management, and project management. She’s also very involved with local community efforts as a volunteer for various non-profit agencies. Bonnie has a MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School. When she isn’t supporting the team at work or arranging fundraising events in the neighborhood, she’ll be traveling near and far as much as possible.
Juan has been with OFFICEPRO, Inc. for over 13 years and has almost 10 years experience in providing exceptional end-user training on a wide variety of applications, technologies, concepts and platforms. He has become proficient in several training formats such as instructor lead training (ILT), demos, webinars, one-on-one/deskside training, and virtual training (vILT). He develops custom courseware including training manuals, quick reference guides and eLearning modules. He also serves a vital role in managing several of OfficePro's infrastructure systems as the SharePoint architect, Office 365 administrator, and website developer. With his extensive experience in training, analyzing client needs, and developing training programs for various projects, Juan oversees OfficePro's team of Training Specialists. He also enjoys long walks on the beach as his boss beard blows in the wind!
